I heard him speak when he was governor of Texas and he was pretty bad. But he is a learner. No, I wouldn't do that. but I do believe that if I were the head of a large corporation, I would really spend some time on improving the way you speak. I think the reason why most business leaders aren't very good at public speaking, they don't spend a lot of time working at it.
