第 15 课: Give me a second.

Tanner: You better teach us those Sutras.

Yu-ling: Now, I've got the creeps. There's no way I'm going back to my empty dorm. Looks like you've got a new roommate for the night.

Tanner: [Embarrassed] Umm. I sort of have a problem. I need to use the restroom, but I'm afraid to go alone. Vlad, will you come, too?

Yu-ling: If the two of you are going, I'm going, too.

Tanner: But it's the boys' bathroom.

Yu-ling: I don't care. I'm not staying here alone after all those ghost stories.

Candy: I just got all my test scores back. I only scored 170 on the TOEFL, and my GRE and GMAT scores are laughable!

Sarah: Give me a second. I'm taking out my contacts.

Candy: Well, hurry up and help me! I'm freaking out here. My parents have already spent five hundred thousand on cram schools, and my scores still suck. If I don't get into school, they'll disown me!

Sarah: Maybe you should try studying for another two years.

Candy: Whatever. I don't ever want to take any stupid tests again.

Sarah: Look, if you want to study in America, you have to do well on those tests.

Candy: Maybe I can find a way to get in with low scores.

Sarah: [Laughing] Maybe your daddy can give the school a million dollar endowment and bribe you in.

Candy: Thanks a lot! And you? You're already making a bunch of money. Why bother going to graduate school?

Sarah: Because I've reached a plateau at work. And I love sociology and think I want to teach it.
