The custom of giving presents to one's family and friends is a very pleasant one so long as one remembers that it is the spirit behind the gift which matters most and not the gift itself. 给 家 人 或 朋 友 送 圣 诞 礼 物 是 个 令 人 娱 悦 的 风 俗， 但 要 记 住， 重 要 的 不 是 礼 物 本 身 而 是 其 所 蕴 涵 的 情 意。

And how good it is at Christmas to return to the family home and meet parents, grandparents and as many aunts, uncles and cousins as can be accommodated. 此 外， 圣 诞 节 能 和 家 人、 亲 戚、 朋 友 团 聚 也 是 令 人 高 兴 的 事。
