The monthly rental fee is forty-two thousand Hong Kong dollars. 每月租金为港币四万二千元，

The landlord is responsible for the goverment rates 政府差饷由业主负责

and the tenant takes care of management fee. 而管理费则由租客负责，

The security deposit is two months of the rental fee, 租赁按金是两个月的租金，

which is eighty-four thousand dollars. The term is for two years. 即港币八万四千元。租约为期两年。
