MARY BETH: Good. How many rooms? JEFF: A bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a terrace? MARY BETH: Uh-huh. Did you get a good price? JEFF: Yes. Rents just aren't as high as in New York. Oh, and it's very convenient. There's a garage underneath the building. MARY BETH: Hmm. That's different from ours. We have a parking lot. But at least it's right outside our door.
